INTENT
(Research from Wing Tam)
This term is simply defined as a goal/objective for motivating you to achieve by performing an action until the end the goal is aimed to . In research, most of them stated the similar meaning of intent but applied in different circumstances. Indeed, human is being lived with intention. Intention is a force, an energy field that exists everywhere. No matter what you are going to do, you have to first connect to intention by imagining what you want and then allowing yourself to experience it as if it exists here. It could be your an anticipated outcome achieved or it guides your planned action. Somehow all intentional behaviour can only be thoughtful or deliberate direction of goal.
Intention is also about creation. The creation of a life you have a intent to live. Every person in the world has this power, to create a superior existence. You can have it all whereas you just need to have the right intention. Especially, collaboration involves many people working together in a team with many intention. However, a goal with a clear vision and pure heart in team to be achieved thus one intention will eventually appear in the collaboration.

By clear vision, people have focused a mental picture of what they want, with no clouds in the way. A pure heart implies that they want what they want with devoid of any fear or doubt. both of them are the greatest obstacles to intention. Team members will be track on the progress by the goal and they will put their efforts to the end which the goal is aimed to.
From Eric Blue’s blog, there is one article Vision Statement:The Power of Goal Visualisation, the author stated that three key things should be effective stimulation during achieving the progress.
1) Clarification : you have to know what you really want to do.
2) Focus : try to make a repetition that helps you narrow down to exactly what you need to do.
3)Passion: Adding emotion to your goals to get the passion and energy to make things happen.
Your thoughts, your feelings and your actions all need to be burning simultaneously in alignment. Finally, I can be concluded that intention is action + dream = actualization.
“If you build it, they will come.” — (from movie of Field of Dreams)
